3 Men, 1 Micra and a Trek to Mongolia Thanks to Mongke’s Fist

The aim of the Mongolia Rally is simple.

Three men, a wholly unsuitable car, and a journey from Cornwall to Ulan Baator in Mongolia.

A 10,000 mile trip by a team from the Royal Navy with the purpose of raising money and awareness for their chosen charities which are; RNRMC, Operation Smile & Heel & Toe Children’s Charity.

The Mongolia Rally commences in July 2013 when the team will depart from the Royal Naval Air Station Culdrose in Cornwall. Using only a 1.0 litre car and no small amount of determination, the team will need to cross no less than fifteen national borders and numerous significant hurdles to arrive (safely) at their destination in the capital city of Mongolia, Ulan Baator.

So, what stands in their way … apart from rivers, ravines, mountain ranges, deserts, unpredictability and probably a whole heap of trouble? Your support, help and assistance.

The team are dedicated to every aspect of this expedition. Royal Navy Service personnel pride themselves on their courage, professionalism, adaptability and teamwork, but only with your help and backing can they get to their destination.

The Team Members

Adam Marshall, Will Scown, Jon Ford.
